Fiber Businesses of Aditya Birla Group focused on “Freshness & Comfort” For S/S '17 - Thai Acrylic Fibre & Birla Cellulose showcased functional yarns & fabrics at YARN EXPO, Shanghai

Birla Cellulose and Thai Acrylic Fibre Co. Ltd., the flagship fiber businesses of the US$ 42 billion Aditya Birla Group (India), focused on freshness and comfort at Yarn Expo / Intertextile Fabric Fair in Shanghai during 16th-18th March 2016. Both the companies showcased their fabric innovations for S/S '17 developed with their range of functional fibers at Hall 5.1 - Stand C78 during the event. Birla Cellulose (largest in the world for viscose staple fibers) and Thai Acrylic Fibre (5th largest manufacturer of acrylic fiber and tow) have a strong focus and presence in the Chinese market. The companies have strengthened their position in the market by introducing their latest collection having functional properties catering to the market requirement.

In the show, for S/S '17 primary focus was on ultimate comfort and fresh feeling in fabrics and apparels using an innovative blend of Birla Micro Modal, Pilbloc™ Micro and Amicor™ - a unique anti-microbial fiber offering from Thai Acrylic Fibre. This new range will deliver an ultimate experience of wellness and comfort to the consumers.
